orange is coming

Been back in the city for a while, but the urge to write because I was inspired, was not at all there. Meaning, I haven`t been that into doing much fashion related stuff after the summer. Had enough with starting at art school, trying to find myself new housing, some not so successful dates and trying to quit smoking once and for all...

But done one fun thing, colored my hair orange this weekend. More in the style of Tim Burton. Even though it`s not until next spring the Mad Hatter and Alice in Wonderland will arrive. i`m already ready to go off to the land of madness, laughter and endless wondering fantasy;)

The autumn is here, and I`m hoping that in the end of this month I will be living by myself, in a calm and sane place of my own making. No more strangers surrounding me. Only the strangeness of my own world.

Busy busy busy bee

I`m leaving for a job in the mountains as a cowgirl tomorrow. And I realized that because of my exams, a fashionshow and all the great weather I have totally forgotten to write on my blog. And now I`m gonna be away from internet for a while. So it will all have to be forgotten until summer passes, and I`m back in the city gettin dressed to impress again. Have a great summer everyone!

My so-called life

A friend reminded me of Angela Chase and the whole fantastic series called, "My so-called life" last week. So I`m now using my sunday to hang around in my pj`s and watching a series that had a huge HUGE inpact on my life when I was 14 yrs old, and having all my excistensial crisis. It was the peek of the grungeperiod, and the series had all you needed. Jared Leto playing Jordan Catalano, Angela Chase`s (played by beautiful Claire Danes) big badboy crush. Acually I`m just gonna post some youtube teesers here. And you should go and get that series for next sunday. It`s the perfect reminiss of teenage life and love.



Since everyone is saying that the 90s is the new 80s in the fashion industry. This series really is a coup for everyone wanting to know what they where wearing in the early 90s. I remember dressing totally up like Angela, and dying my hair red and cutting it off in the same bobstyle. Acually I have the same haircut now, if I clean it up. It will go from Kate Moss cut to Angela Chase cut, but of course only if I dye it red. Which I`m not about to do, since I like being a blonde for now. Also I`m afraid I will turn into 14 again. iiiik!

The Day Of Music

Saturday was the day of music here in Oslo, Norway. So I attended of course. Even though I had not been at home since the day before. I kept it rockin`after a few hours sleep at an afterparty at an artists place. I just went by my best friends house for another few hours on her sofa, some water, the hills recaps on mtv and a bad 90s movies with the mom from Gilmore Girls, it was called "Cupid and Cate" and her boyfriend/husband in the end of the movie turned out to be that amazing dad in the O.C. So yeah, I was ready for music after that. Watched a whole bunch of artists, bands and people passing by. All in all a good day. Acually a very good day. Had a pitstop at a friends place during the day, and he really got me hooked on Maskinen from Sweeden. So I`m posting a few songs by them here, and the only act during the day that had me dancing "Binärpilot", who played at "Fisk & Vilt" just after that little pitstop.

Night and the Circus

I dressed up, and went out. Here are some pictures I took of myself, and one my friend Mari took of me. I felt I had the whole discosircuslook going for me. And I wish I had gone out in those pink high heels I just bought. But I knew that would be a bad idea after a bottle of red vine. So put on some purple and black converse wannabe`s instead.
